Welcome to the Flotilla 23-3, District 5SR Web Site

Greater Annapolis, Maryland

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary is the uniformed, all-volunteer component of the United States Coast Guard. The Auxiliary was created by an Act of Congress in 1939, and has grown to over 21,000 members.

Flotilla 23-03 of Greater Annapolis embraces diversity and members of all ages. Flotilla 23-03 meets at US Coast Guard Station Annapolis in the state capital and home of the U.S. Naval Academy.

We are one of the best trained Flotillas in District 5 Southern Region. In 2023, our members volunteered over 23,000 hours of service on the Chesapeake Bay. Flotilla 23-03 directly supports U.S. Coast Guard Station Annapolis and Sector Maryland–National Capital Region in several mission areas.

The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is Semper Paratus (Always Ready). We invite you to explore our site and learn more about who we are and what we do to be "Semper Paratus."
